Built for teams that run on both trust and numbers
Yapidesk started because we kept seeing the same problem: smart teams losing visibility into project finances because their tools weren't designed to connect work with money.
Why we're building this
If you've ever managed a project with contractors, you know the drill. The project tracker shows tasks and timelines. A spreadsheet tracks the budget. Invoices arrive by email. Approvals happen in Slack. And at the end of the month, someone spends a day reconciling all of it.
We believe project work and project money belong in the same workspace. Not bolted together with integrations that break, but designed together from the start. When your design lead logs hours, the budget updates. When a contractor submits an invoice, it's already linked to the project. When you assign someone new, you see their capacity across everything they're working on.
That's the product we're building. It's early, and we're being deliberate about getting it right.
Our approach
We're a small, focused team. We ship carefully. We don't make claims about features that don't exist yet, and we don't use vanity metrics to inflate our story. What you see on this site is what we've built or are actively building.
We believe in transparency with our users — about what works, what's coming, and what we're still figuring out. If you're evaluating Yapidesk, we'd rather give you an honest picture than a polished sales pitch.
What we value
- Accuracy over speed. Getting people paid correctly matters more than getting them paid fast. We optimize for correctness first.
- Clarity over features. A tool that does five things well is more valuable than one that does fifty things poorly.
- Respect for your data. Your financial data is sensitive. We treat it that way.
